Where's the list?
Thanks to Captain Ed who, being the up and coming 'pro' that he is, we have the DNC list of 143 lies, etc, told at ‘04 Republican convention. As you can see, this catched version, cannot be found on the official Kerry website. Why is that?
Perhaps it is because he included the dynamic, moderate Republican John McCain's statements in the list? If you follow the race, you know Kerry has often invoked McCain's name as a voice of reason (and traction). McCain has on more than one occasion come to Kerry's defense.
Perhaps - if one studies the list closely - it does not appear to contain many lies or half-truths at all? I am no operative; I don't have the requisite level of knowledge, sophistication or nuance, but most of it is, if not fact, campaign rhetoric grounded in fact.
Why did the Kerry-Edwards campaign remove the list?
For fun, look at No. 106:
Who produced that transcription? Detect a bit of elitism? I thought he said 'Spitballs'? So now my hearing lacks nuance.

[Zell] Miller: “…Against the Trident missile, against, against,
against. This is the man who wants to be the Commander in Chief of our U.S.
Armed Forces? U.S. forces armed with what? Speeutbawlls?”[Miller Remarks,

As exemplified by MSM's initial report of Bush wishing Clinton well at campaign rally, the 2004 election may be more a contest between Bush and the MSM than Bush vs. Kerry.

You said it, Ferd. I have a hard time 'taking' MSM anymore without 'tempering' it with what is found here on the internet.
