International terrorism has as its goal to prevent the election of President Bush to a second term. On the other hand, Palestinian Foreign Minister Nabil Shaath is pessimistic that a Bush second term would do much for peace in Gaza and the West Bank.
So, taking these two viewpoints: Kerry wins. Peace in Israel, and a world run amok in reinvigorated terrorism. Hmmm...
